- decembra u 19-00 u restoranu «Šonda» hotela Mona Plaza Beograd održaće se nova večera Mapa Atelier. Ovog puta biće posvećena jelima iz univerzuma Harija Pottera.
Među svim događajima Mapa Atelier, ova večer obećava da će biti najčarobnija i najneobičnija. Večera će biti organizovana u formatu pira-bufeta: umesto uobičajenih pet kurseva, goste očekuje 32 raznovrsna jela inspirisana pričama čarobnjaka i pažljivo pripremljena timom kuhinje Mona Plaza Beograd pod vođstvom šefa kuhinje Aleksandra Bućana i šefa poslastićarnice Slobodana Potezice
Seoska krompir salata Hogvortsa (Hogwarts Rustic Potato Bowl), jorkširski začarani puding iz Velike sale (Great Hall Yorkshire Spell Pudding), mesni pirog iz Hogsmeada (Hogsmeade Meat Pie), šargarepin kolač iz Nore – doma porodice Vizli (Weasley’s Burrow Carrot Cake), čokoladni mini kotlići (Mini Cauldron Choco Cakes) i još mnogo toga. Vodili smo računa o ukusima i preferencijama gostiju, pa će na večeri biti predstavljen i širok izbor posta.
Za dekoraciju i stilizaciju večere odgovorna je dizajn-studija Fanfare, poznata u Srbiji i van nje po futurističkim projektima. Tim studija pripremio je za goste svetlosne instalacije, pisma iz Hogvortsa dovoljna za sve, mogućnost da se dodirne Raspodeljujući šešir i da se vidi kako magija funkcioniše u stvarnom svetu.
Za desert, pored osam vrsta slatkih jela, goste očekuje neobičan papir na kojem svako može napisati svoju najdublju želju, a zatim je spaliti, bez ostavljanja pepela.
Na večeru je moguće doći sa decom, preporučeni uzrast mladih gostiju je od 7 godina.

The Wizards’ dinner
On December 26 at 19-00, a new Mapa Atelier dinner will take place at the Shonda restaurant in the Mona Plaza Belgrade. This time it will be dedicated to dishes from the Harry Potter universe.
Among all Mapa Atelier events, this evening promises to be the most magical and unusual. The dinner will be served as a buffet feast: instead of the usual five courses, guests will enjoy 32 diverse dishes inspired by the stories of wizards and carefully crafted by the Mona Plaza Belgrade kitchen team under the guidance of Executive Chef Aleksandar Bućan and pastry Chef Slobodan Potezica.
Hogwarts Rustic Potato Bowl, Great Hall Yorkshire Spell Pudding, Hogsmeade Meat Pie, Weasley’s Burrow Carrot Cake, Mini Cauldron Choco Cakes, and much more. We have carefully considered guests’ tastes and preferences, so a wide selection of vegan dishes will also be available.
The decor and styling of the dinner are handled by the Fanfare design studio, known in Serbia and abroad for its futuristic projects. The studio team has prepared light installations, Hogwarts letters for all guests, the chance to touch the Sorting Hat, and to see how magic works in the real world.
For dessert, in addition to eight sweet options, guests will receive a special paper on which they can write their deepest wish and then burn it without leaving ashes.
Children are welcome at the dinner, with the recommended age of young guests from 7 years.
