This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see The Phantom of the Opera in its original Broadway staging—something that likely won’t be repeated in Serbia anytime soon.
With a cast and crew of over 100 people, the production features breathtaking set design, stunning special effects, a live orchestra, and more than 230 costumes. The role of the Phantom is performed by Nadim Naaman, a British musician, actor, and composer known for his appearances on the West End and at the Royal Albert Hall. He has also performed on Rod Stewart’s European tour and at Elton John’s Princess Diana tribute concert at Wembley.
The role of Christine will be performed by Australian soprano Georgia Wilkinson, winner of the prestigious 2019 Herald Sun Aria competition. The powerful role of Carlotta will be portrayed by Portuguese singer-actress Lara Martins, recipient of the Donizetti Award and multiple accolades for best performances in Spanish and Portuguese. British actor Dagi Carter takes on the role of Raoul; his previous performances include appearances at the Royal Albert Hall, the Savoy Theatre, and Wembley Arena.
The Phantom of the Opera is Andrew Lloyd Webber’s most awarded musical, having won over 70 prestigious awards including 4 Olivier Awards and 7 Tony Awards. It has been seen by more than 160 million people across 46 countries, 195 cities, and in 18 languages. Based on Gaston Leroux’s novel, the musical is set in 19th-century Paris, where a mysterious musical genius known only as “The Phantom” haunts the depths of the Paris Opera House.
