I bought tickets for an event that has been canceled/postponed or relocated. What should I do?
Ticket Vision is not the event organizer and therefore is not responsible for ticket refunds. However, we are doing everything possible to secure ticket refunds and, as such, we follow the following procedures:

The event has been canceled/postponed/relocated, and I was not informed. Why not?
Ticket Vision is not obligated to inform ticket owners about possible cancellations/postponements/relocations. However, we strive to inform all customers as frequently as possible.
Possible reasons why you were not informed about the cancellation/postponement/relocation may include:
- - We do not have your contact information or have incorrect or invalid contact information.
- - The organizer did not inform us on time.
Please check our website (www.tickets.rs) as a precautionary measure before attending an event to see if there are any changes. In any case, we do not accept any responsibility for transportation, hotels, or any similar expenses related to a canceled/postponed/relocated event.
I lost my tickets or they were stolen. Can you help me?
The ticket is a protected paper document for which no replacement can be issued in case of loss or theft. During online purchase, I booked the wrong event/wrong number of tickets/wrong category...

Can I change or cancel my reservation after purchase?
Immediately after the completion of the purchase process, the system automatically records the tickets as sold, and no changes are possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel/change the order after you have already purchased the tickets. Replacement, cancellation, or refund of tickets is not accepted by the organizers we work with. An incorrect amount was charged to my credit card.

My purchase was unsuccessful/an error occurred.

The ticket price is lower than the price I paid for the ticket.
Ticket Vision is responsible for reservations, booking, and ticket delivery, i.e., making tickets available for pre-sale. Therefore, sales and delivery or certain fees are charged in advance. The event website, as well as the ticket itself, displays the price of the ticket alone, without the costs of additional services.
How were the additional charges on my account created?
The final amount you have to pay for the tickets consists of the ticket price, additional service fees per order (including all other fees related to ticket reservation and booking), and the chosen delivery method.
After the event cancellation, the refunded amount is lower than the final amount I paid.
Ticket Vision is responsible for ticket sales and does not guarantee a refund of the amount paid if the event is canceled. However, we make an effort to contact the event organizer to facilitate the refund process. In the case of a refund, you will receive the full amount stated on the ticket. Any additional fees that may have been incurred (price changes, additional costs, delivery expenses, etc.) will not be refunded by Ticket Vision.
The value of the tickets is not refunded after the event cancellation.

I bought tickets online but haven't received a confirmation yet.
Please check if our confirmation email has ended up in any of your unwanted mail folders (spam, junk, important, etc.). It is also possible that you haven't received the confirmation due to an incorrectly entered email address or for other reasons.
In that case, please contact us via email at kontakt@tickets.rs. Provide your full name, the date of your order, and the event in question. We will inform you whether your order was successful or not.

Ticket Vision provides tickets and is not responsible for the quality of the event. The complete organization of the event, venue localization, and pricing are the responsibilities of the event organizer and have no connection to our work.

How can I check my account?
You can log in to check your orders.
Please use the "Sign In" field located at the top of the website to enter your email address and the password you have chosen. After successfully logging in, simply click on the section of the account you want to check (my page, my tickets, newsletter, etc.).

I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Sign In" button on our homepage, and below the login, a "Forgot Password?" field will appear. Then, you will receive an email to the provided email address with instructions on what you need to do.

How can I change my information?
To change your information, log in to our website or, if you are already logged in, click on "My Account/Edit Profile." Here, you can change your details.

How can I buy tickets for more than one event?
You have the option to order tickets for more than one event. In this case, you only need to select the event you want to attend and add the tickets to your shopping cart. If you want to purchase additional tickets, simply click on "Continue Shopping," choose the events you would like to attend, and add the additional tickets to your shopping cart.
Please note that your tickets will be reserved for a maximum of 25 minutes after adding them to your shopping cart, after which they will be returned from the cart to regular sale.
Once you have added all the tickets you want, just click on the next step "Continue" to finish and complete your order.

I have a Tickets.rs gift voucher. How can I use it?
The Tickets.rs gift voucher can be used for purchases on the website www.tickets.rs for any event in our system within one year from the date of purchase. The gift voucher is used as a payment method in the online purchasing process by entering the voucher code in the "Voucher" field that appears in the cart after selecting the desired tickets. The system recognizes the amount on the voucher based on the voucher code and uses it as a payment method. If the value of the tickets in the cart is less than the amount on the voucher, the remaining money will remain on the voucher and can be used again in the next transaction.
When and where does a specific event take place?
You can find all the information about the time, prices, and location of the event on our website: www.tickets.rs If you couldn't find a specific event, please regularly check our website. Due to our expanding offer, certain events may soon be available for sale.

If you already have a specific ticket, you can find all the important information about the event date and location on the ticket itself.
If there are any changes to the event date or location, you will find all the necessary information on our website. We will attempt to inform you about changes via email. Please also check other online sources through search engines or obtain information about possible changes on the event's website.
How can I file a complaint?
The consumer may file a complaint to exercise their rights under Article 51 and Article 80 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia," No. 88/2021), as well as due to incorrectly calculated prices or other deficiencies, either verbally at the point of sale where the ticket was purchased or in the following manner:
- - Electronically – via email to office@tickets.rs,
- - By mail – to the company headquarters at Vajara Đoke Jovanovića 12, Savski Venac, Belgrade.
When filing a complaint, the consumer is required to provide proof of purchase (a copy of the receipt, slip, etc.).
